For single-level orders and a batch size of up to 500 pieces of Phoenix Mecano standard articles, the maximum delivery time is 12 days.

For new orders, two days need to be added because of preparatory technical work. If the customer requires a manufacturing release, the delivery time is defined as “as of date of release”. The delivery time for multi-level orders is dependent on the amount of work involved. For these orders, the products are processed at more than one workplace.By combining the most up-to-date production equipment with efficient teamwork, Phoenix Mecanoen sures that the enclosures are processed in accordance with customers’ specific requirements. The work includes all mechanical processes such as drilling, milling, sawing and punching. Phoenix Mecano can also carry out the process of fitting with terminals and providing PG or metric cable glands as well as the assembly of various electronic elements. In addition to individual front membranes and membrane keypads, Phoenix Mecano also offers surface printing methods such as screen and pad printing, or wet and powder lacquering. Water transfer printing is now included in Phoenix Mecano’s range of services. This means that each enclosure can be given an exclusive look to meet the customer’s exact requirements.
